Na een korte presentatie over het nut en de werking van winterbanden mochten we in kleine groepjes vier proeven gaan doen buiten:

• Een noodstop maken en daarbij een obstakel ontwijken
• Een paar rondjes op een circuit rijden met een Hommell racewagen
• Remafstand meten op een (gesimuleerde) bevroren ondergrond bij 50km/u (met en zonder winterbanden)
• Tegen 50km/u door een bocht gaan met een (gesimuleerde) bevroren ondergrond, ook weer met en zonder winterbanden, en met een 'gemengde' set (winter vooraan, zomer achteraan)

Ik bevond mij in het gezelschap van een aantal bloggers (Houbi, Herman, Uw Moeder, Yves, Stijn en Jonas) en ik moet zeggen dat we ons goed geamuseerd hebben.  Zotte dingen mogen doen met auto's en dat dan allemaal vastleggen in HD en vanuit alle mogelijke hoeken is leuk.
