Interessante case in Nederland: een medewerkster van www.geenstijl.nl had klachten over de service van kabelprovider UPC.  Dreigend postje online, en een dag of wat later werd er hard aan het probleem gewerkt.

Wat interessanter is: volgens dit artikel bij Marketingfacts volgt UPC met met een team van zeven personen alle klachten en vragen die opduiken op fora en weblogs, om ze vervolgens te 'neutraliseren'.

Zijn er nog bedrijven die dit doen?  Hier bij Six Apart is Anil Dash in ieder geval legendarisch voor zijn snelle reacties wanneer er iets over ons geschreven wordt op een weblog.  Niet dat hij hier zal reageren, denk ik, of hij zou stiekem Nederlands geleerd moeten hebben...
