Wat hebben blogs en de Amerikaanse luchtmacht met elkaar te maken?

Niet veel, op het eerste gezicht.  Tot ik vandaag over deze lijst met richtlijnen struikelde.  Een handige flowchart die aan luchtmachtpersoneel uitlegt hoe om te gaan en eventueel te reageren op berichten over de luchtmacht op het internet.  Ziet er volgens mij ook erg bruikbaar uit voor bedrijven.

Wat raden ze zoal aan: niet reageren op trolls, rants, grappen of satire, maar eventueel wel blijven volgen.  Pas als er verkeerde feiten of slechte ervaringen geplaatst worden, is het tijd om in te grijpen.  Dit kan door de juiste feiten aan te dragen of door een oplossing aan te reiken.  Wel steeds enkele zaken in acht nemen bij het reageren, zoals transparantie, bronnen, tijdigheid, toon en invloed (van de site waarop gereageerd wordt).

(Ik vraag me persoonlijk af of een bepaalde minister van defensie van een klein Europees NAVO lid deze flowchart misschien kan gebruiken...  Misschien moet hij maar eens ter plaatse gaan om dit ten gronde te gaan bestuderen?)
